This self-assessment tool helps you evaluate the quality and sustainability of your current goals based on two complementary frameworks:

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Read each dimension carefully (e.g., Aligned, Specific).
  2. Reflect honestly on how your current goals perform in that dimension.
  3. Assign a score from 0 to 5:
    • 0 = Not at all true for your current goals
    • 5 = Fully true and consistently experienced
  4. Total your scores for ALIVE and SMART separately.
  5. Refer to the classification to interpret your scores.
  6. Use this form as a baseline. Revisit it every 3 months to reassess your evolution and realign as needed.
