This self-assessment tool helps you evaluate the quality and sustainability of your current goals based on two complementary frameworks:
- ALIVE goals – Focused on personal alignment and well-being
- SMART goals – Focused on clarity and execution
Step-by-step guide:
- Read each dimension carefully (e.g., Aligned, Specific).
- Reflect honestly on how your current goals perform in that dimension.
- Assign a score from 0 to 5:
- 0 = Not at all true for your current goals
- 5 = Fully true and consistently experienced
- Total your scores for ALIVE and SMART separately.
- Refer to the classification to interpret your scores.
- Use this form as a baseline. Revisit it every 3 months to reassess your evolution and realign as needed.
